I watched a couple of movies these few days, my favourite was Juno. I loved Ellen Page, she was such a cutie. If you watched it, you would know that she was acting as a sixteen year old girl in the movie who got preggo (pregnant). Although she initially opts for an abortion, a last-minute change of heart leads her to decide to have the baby and make a plan for the child’s adoption. I was enjoying every bit of the movie, there were some sad scenes as well as some “awww” scenes. When I first watched the movie, I thought Ellen was around 14/15 years old. She looked really young and no to mention gorgeous. After some Googling, I had the shock of my life. Ellen Page, the girl who portrays Juno MacGuff is actually 21 years old! I nearly had a heart attack. Are my eyes playing tricks on me? That was the first thing that came to my mind. Apparently, they weren’t. Ellen was born on February 21, 1987. She is a year older than the Olsen twins and yet they look like they are 10 years older than her!

If you look at the picture to the right, would you believe that it is Ellen? Hmm, maybe. But the one that will shock you the most would be the picture of her on her Wikipedia page. I am still having a hard time believing that she is 21 years old. Oh and did I mention that she also plays Katherine “Kitty” Pryde in X-Men: The Last Stand? She definitely suits the role of Kitty. My friend joked that if Ellen was to go to a bar and order a glass of beer the guy would be “Wtf this is a fake ID”. Hahaha wow she sure has that teen look. The makeup artists did a really good job.

Well I can’t believe I wrote a entire blog entry about an actress. Ellen deserves a round of applause for her marvelous acting and looks.

Since I am in a great mood today (despite the down time because the data center experienced a power outage for 2 days), I decided to hold a contest. You convince her to try on something pretty and sparkly instead because it would look awesome with her ___________ (a facial feature). It’s perfect! She buys you one to match, and the two of you head to the food court for ___________(your fave food). She drops you off at home and promises to pick you up tonight for the party!

David Cook won American Idol for 2008. Congrats to him, I don’t watch the show so I have no idea what he sounds like. He beat runner-up David Archuleta by 12 million votes. David Cook sang “The Time of My Life”, the winning song of the 2008 American Idol Songwriter’s Competition, which will also be his first single. The single is available right now on iTunes.

Summer vacation starts today!! I will spend the first week completing my homework, packing the disaster area aka my room and make some funky graphics. The other 3 weeks will be spend posting on forums, munching on popcorn while watching scary movies, spending time with my best friend and reading MySpace/YouTube for Dummies. So tell me, what will you be doing this summer? Maybe relaxing by the pool, suntanning at the beach, partying ? Also, when does your summer vacation start?

I would love to hear from you guys! This summer is so gonna rock.

Here are some photos I took recently. This post was written on 12th May but I only published it today! I am uploading some new photos right now into my photobucket account. There are so many but I picked the best twelve. Some even have Marie Digby’s pictures! I met her and I was very close to taking a picture with her. Everyone in front of me could take pictures of her but me along with everyone behind me weren’t allowed. I was really disappointed that I literally cried once I was outside. Those mean agents and staff didn’t even give me time to tell her my name. But looking on the bright side, Marie said she loved my top, it was her favorite color! Nether less to say, I am extremely unhappy with Gap and their staff. I originally planed to buy a t-shirt from them but decided not to after they practically shooed me away after getting Marie’s autograph. Looks like if I ever get into the celebrity biz in future, I will have to pick a agent who is nice and friendly.

Now this reminds me of Angela. Who is Angela you ask. She is the agent of Violet Greenfield, the main character of the book Violet on the Runway which was written by Melissa Walker! Angela is a agent who is a rather rude agent in my opinion. She is frank and sometimes what she says hurts Violet’s feelings. So are all agents like that? Mean and rude? I don’t know, you decide.
